Summary -> MD conversion order of columns #88

The OS column in the MarkDown output table (conversion option under a specific tag) is not in the correct location. It should be the second column but instead is much further back. This should be fixed in the MD conversion function. It currently affects the layout of the supported platform tables we publish for each release.
