A recent change has introduced a bug in the container implementation which allows a new resource to be added to a container that already has a resource of the same name. Correction behavior is to fail.

This bug was fixed in https://github.com/esnet/netshell/commit/ade84b3d7a0e95175374b43d857c80587a8275f8

Verified and closing.
