Karaf loads python bundle before netshell bundle #29

Sometimes karaf loads python bundle before netshell and this leads to a NullPointerException error.

If this is still happening for anyone, can I get the stack trace for the NPE?

I remember looking at it, thinking this would be pretty straightforward, but without having the stack trace in front of me I don't remember what solution I had in mind or why it was easy.
