update version about 'riot-compiler' #32

Since the version of riot-compiler has risen, I think that you also need to update packages.json.

I'm sorry but I haven't had time to look after this project however I will try to give some attention to it during the weekend. In order to safely upgrade versions it would be important to have some unit tests, can you do that?

@esnunes we could use the tests on rollup-plugin-riot? https://github.com/riot/rollup-plugin-riot/tree/master/test

It would need some modification for webpack, but not so much, I think.
