Country dictionary #40

Moving to dictionary for countries instead of tuple. This just does the format, for JS testing -- actual centroid values incoming.

Hey Matt, I will fill in this file. Do you think this should be GeoJSON or coordinates as it stands?

Coordinates should be perfect -- that's all we need to pass into MapBox. Thank you!

I also just now calculated the country size so we can guess for the appropriate zoom level. Lets say Tanzania (1.3x Texas) = Zoom 6.
