After using the dropdown to select a phase/subcategory of a project, the select box defaults to the first option - making that option no longer selectable.
Steps:
If "other" and "1-1" is not on the timesheet yet
Select "1-1" > 1-1 gets added
Other appears as checked in the select dropdown, and clicking it again doesn't add the timesheet row
