add some missing mappings from v5 of F3 #33

What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...)

Fixes mappings for:

col_a_other_loan_repayments
col_b_other_loan_repayments
col_b_refunds_to_party_committees
col_b_refunds_to_other_committees

On F3 for versions 5.0 through 5.3

What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here)

Those fields are not included in the summary dictionary

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
