Possible issue with F4 electronic mappings #4

There was at least one example of a column b field showing up where I didn't expect to. Adding investigating this to the to-do list.

Fixed upstream in https://github.com/dwillis/fech-sources/pull/5 and also in https://github.com/esonderegger/fecfile/commit/2fdc4bbbb47997e81f993067ab65b112e71f975e
