Let the forumTitle always in the center of the title bar in mobile view #438

I have changed the css so that the forumTitle can always in the center in mobile view.

I'm wondering if the original intent was to have the title be centered between the left edge of the screen, and the left edge of gray menu button or notification button. Maybe @tobscure would have a better opinion on this.
