I didn't find LCD resolution for this board: ESP32-S3-USB-OTG

Hi @lboue, thank you for your contribution. It's thoughtful of you to add resolution information for all boards. I have added the resolution (240x240) of ESP32-S3-USB-OTG in the docs.
