Only 32bit Windows supported? #2

My Windows 7 64bit says this file is not compatible with my version of Windows, is it only 32 bit?

Good luck with getting any comment on this! I've given up - the application has been lauded as being 'excellent' - I only see something that hogs memory and literally 'breaks' the OS. You may have a valid point as I only have 64 bit systems (and it doesn't work on Win7 or Win10!). Well, we can but try.......
