Update documentation #52

I tried to update the documentation with my limited understanding and my notes of what embuild does to close #44. Let me know if there is anything wrong or that can be improved!

Sorry for not responding, I don't think this README matches quite what this crate provides. Thanks for the PR though. Once my exams are over, I'll start working on this (also some cleanup, etc).
