Rename to `esp-idf-template`

Depends on #3 and #4.

The rename is necessary so as:

The name becomes shorter
The name becomes aligned with all esp-idf-* crates in esp-rs
The "STD" part is dropped, as we'll support no_std against ESP-IDF even if a bit questionable benefit
Gains "-idf" to distinguish from a potential new esp32-template that might be out bare-metal story

Done. Once #3 is fixed, I'll ask around how folks feel about moving this into the esp-rs org.
