Add publishing to crates.io into the releases workflow #485

At the moment the publishing is done manually, the release would be more smooth if we automate the publishing.

Interesting tools that might help in the release process:

cargo-release. Takes care of several steps of the release:
- Updating the versions of your packages
- Writing your release notes
- Committing the results
- Tagging your commits
- Pushing to your repo
- Publishing to crates.io
- Automates a bunch of things but also a bit scary that it's not “supervised” (at the moment we have PRs reviewed where we update the versions and all that)
cargo-dist
- Generates binaries artifacts
- Generates installers for binaries
- Generates GH CI
- Not sure if it works for Raspberry targets
- Doesn't add much value to what we actually have.
release-plz
- Generates changelog
- We can't leverage this
- Bumps the version of the crate using cargo-semver-checks
- It creates a PR for every commit
- Merging that PR creates the release, publishes it and uploads binaries.
- This might be a noisy
