I am pointed from NLnet to your blog and it is looking great!

I am also building similar box, but for bit different purpose.

My latest blog post is here: https://intergalaktik.eu/news/diy-emc-chamber

From your post I can see that you got some decent results with blocking RF with TitanRF fabric - so I will also order and test.

And maybe you will find my way of measuring chamber useful. If you need any help from me, let me know so maybe we can team up...

Best, Goran

Thanks for the info!

One pass from 2GHz to 3GHz - my wifi router makes into the box! Router is one meter away from the box, and my phone is really close to the box.

^ This is exactly what I also saw with a microwave oven. For our usecase, I just wanted to prevent 2.4GHz signals getting in, which I've succeeded in. I don't know how it behaves at other frequencies (well, except that it also blocks GSM), but I can imagine it's also pretty good for lower frequencies.

One thing that's different, is that I don't really care about reflections, but for EMC pre-compliance I think it does matter quite a bit.

Kind regards, redfast00
