Plugin doesn't work on Mac OS X Sierra with Arduino IDE 1.6.12. I did step by step, but the "ESP8266 Sketch Data Upload" option is not available in the Tools menu.

On Mac OS X is required for such a structural element ~/Documents/Arduino/tools/ESP8266FS/tool/esp8266fs.jar
