Markdown Getting Started Tutorial draft - Basic Config and Trigger Usage #17

Open Dlakoms opened 2 years ago

Hello ! Here is a little markdown tutorial draft I just made to help people grasp some key beginner concepts. I made use of the 'Task' features of Markdown to help people going to the end by checking what was done or not. (Made with Obsidian.md, maybe some parts will be broken if you use another markdown reader). Feedback welcomed, no copyrights wanted.

@Dlakoms That's amazing! Great job :) Would you be interested in adding it to the website?

Thank you @federico-terzi ! Of course, with pleasure, it was meant for that :) Haven't fixed the typos and stuff yet, I would be interested in having someone take a quick look at it too EDIT : Oh ! How could we manage page drafts here on github ? Is there a directory for this or another repo somewhere ?

I just tied up and edited the tutorial I made yesterday. I also added a recap/cheatsheet section to it, I felt like it was not too much. I'm sure there are still typos and stuff remaining, but it's cleaner like this in my opinion, you'll see : 1 - Your First Triggers.md

I also made another tutorial ! This time, I cover how to make a better use of regex triggers to simplify commands / use categories. And I also made an in depth look at how Espanso deals with /config/ files and how it can be used (and should) to customize its behavior. You'll tell me what you think of it ! 2 - Using contexts to make categories optional.md
