Cantofish (Firefox) goes to a broken page, I couldn't find it. You might need to reword the rest of the doc not to talk about Cantofish if its discontinued...

Zhong wen Firefox link is also broken, but I found a new link here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/zhongwen-chinese-english/
