Reformat input methods section into a table #7

I've reformatted the input methods section into a table, however that revealed information that is missing and needs to be filled in for some input methods.

Thanks, looks pretty good. As for the missing info, the original writer of the guide is a bit inactive right now so I'm not sure how long until they can check it over and fill it in.
