Fix #30

Benchmarks (on i7-4500U):

2d: 100x100 -> 3000x3000
- v1.0.1.dev -- 0.2041 s (3.9x faster)
- v1.0.0 -- 9.4112 s (11.9x slower)
- v0.11.0 -- 0.7921 s (baseline)
3d: 50x50x50 -> 250x250x250
- v1.0.1.dev -- 1.0907 s (3x faster)
- v1.0.0 -- 54.8015 (18.3x slower)
- v0.11.0 -- 3.0029 s (baseline)
