Choppy audio with VoiceOver rate above 75% #13

The title pretty much says it all, when VoiceOver's rate is above 75% the audio skips, and a small piece of the previous utterance is spoken at the beginning of the new one when the new one interrupts the previous one. Also at the end of all spoken content, there's a click. This doesn't happen at 75% or lower, but 80% and above I get that strange behavior.

Seems like duplicate of #7. I think that implement VoiceOver parameters as native espeak-ng options may improve situation. Will try.
