Remove datestamp suffix from PyPi sdist version strings #141

To ease maintenance for packagers and porters (in this case for a FreeBSD port) for current and future versioning. Also consider: http://semver.org/

Bulbs 0.3.29 is the current version.

It's only in PyPi that you see the datestamp suffix.

Thanks James, the request is for stripping the datestamp from pypi versions :)
