Light issues #5

Some of the blocks who emit light are very bright in dark areas. Also probably all of the items and blocks who can emit light when held in hand are too bright when you hold them in your hand, that's only in first person view though. (I think that's with all of the light emmiting blocks and items, but I'm not 100% sure.)
