processing future event #262

I am trying to compose a query where i want to element attributes with events that occur 1 second before the receiving of this event and 1 second after the receiving of this event. using data windows I can see that the query works fine but it's only checked against elements 1 second in the past only is this a valid question? Should I rephrase it? image
