Please add 1.54in(b) to Waveshare E-Paper Display supported models #1505

Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like

Please add 1.54in(b) to Waveshare E-Paper Display supported models - similar to how it was done in #892 for 2.9 model. It's already implemented in https://github.com/soonuse/epd-library-arduino/tree/master/2.9inch_e-paper_b Device description https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/1.54inch_e-Paper_Module_(B) Per https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/E-Paper_Driver_HAT#Switch_settings, controller has to be switched to type B. I understand that color support for wavesahre eInk displays is not implemented [yet?], and my current goal is to display black nad white text on it. When I use model: 1.54inv2 - I get lots of red dots on the screen. Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:

As with other e-ink displays, the use-case is to display information that changes infrequently on a compact eInk screen. The reason I'm using b model is primarily because of availability (long shipping times for the base 1.54 model).

I would like to bump this feature request. I also use this display and with 1.54in or 1.54v2 i even don't get any output. I would love to have any output (black/red, doesn't matter)
