Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like UART HT7017 energy monitor support

Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried: HT7017 is used in many popular energy monitors like D52-2042, D52-2047, D52-2047HD, D52-2048, D52-2066, PZEM-051, PZEM-061...

Additional context It communicates information to the display module via a UART port. It would be very easy to listen to the TX with an ESP01 to send the data over the air.

I'd like to see that too. I have ordered the D52-2066 and I could provide data from it if needed.
