Add Qingping Air Quality Monitor Lite Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:

Add Qingping Air Quality Monitor Lite is sending data via MiHome/Qingping+ app AND BLE advertisements. Already added support via Bluetooth Low Energy Monitor custom integration in HA but would be nice if can be added via ESPHome as well (https://github.com/custom-components/ble_monitor/commit/e8afed94bf9ee0882c944b6b97cc5821db551af8) Additional context

Use my fresh new custom https://github.com/dentra/esphome-components/tree/master/components/qingping It is supports possibly all Qingping BLE devices.
