Add support for RTC BM8563 #1740

Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like M5StickC has a RTC BM8563 which is needed to leverage the sleep feature

Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried: When using sleep on the M5StickC it wakes back up immediately which drains the battery, without sleep the device is a bit useless as a remote for HA

Additional context I am willing to loan out the device if a dev wants or I can test any beta code, I have a ton of free time while at work :D
