Add fanspeed and vane direction in ESPHome webserver for climate components #2070

Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like Include fanspeed and vane direction for climate devices in ESPHome web server

Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried: There is an ESPHome project to control MHI AC units. Me and lot of other people would like to control their AC with the web server function. Unfortunately this is limited to heating mode and temperature.

Additional context The reason for this seems to be that the controls are missing in the ESPHome webserver Climate component JS code. There is some more info about this case in this issue: https://github.com/ginkage/MHI-AC-Ctrl-ESPHome/issues/47

I also would appreciate if it would be possible to adjust the fan speed in web server...
