Add Support For BME688 #2449

Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like

BME688 sensor integration - with at least RP2040.

Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:

Pimoroni (and I'm sure others) use the BME688 sensors as part of their addon boards for the pi pico w. It would be good to be able to use all of these boards (BME280 & BME680 are already supported).

BME680 component shall work with 688 except for one piece of data I believe

Hi, Is there an update for this feature request please ? It would be great to have the BME868 with BSEC integrated.

Do we have to do anything to support BME688? It compiles for my Freenove ESP32-S3-WROOM, but I am not getting any particulate matter data (gas sensor I do get) — it is behaving as if it was a BME680.
