Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like

add a parameter for controlling the volume in the speaker component Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:

I want to use this feature so I can control the volume of my voice assitant device from home assistant or even with physical push buttons just like alexa, I've tried the media_player component but the voice is so glitchy when the response is too long. Additional context

I agree, adding ability to change volume in the speaker component would be great when using Onju Voice Satelite (hardware by @justLV (Onju Voice), config by @tetele). Example configuration can be found in onju-voice-microwakeword.yaml. More information here: #12.
