Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like Adding enc28j60 ESP32 support

Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried: It has the same connection method as w5500. But I can obtain enj28j60 more easily in my country. I tried with the w5500 library but I was not successful.
