Download and extract the firmware to install with https://web.esphome.io
Make sure to choose home-assistant-voice-esp32s3.factory.bin.
If you edit a previous release and mark as the latest, this workflow will trigger to change the version that the public manifest will point to.
This is only for last resort reverting and requires production approval just as a normal release does.
This will not offer the lower version as an update to devices that have already gone beyond the version.
