Sonoff mini R2 with esphome, restart many times at day, probably cause Dallas #4296

The problem

I have 10 Sonoff mini modified with esphome, they are all with some HW modifications, for example i have: 1 with 2 dht AM2302 and one relay more, other than the original 1 with 5 relay more than the original i have problems with this: 4 Dallas, 1 dht AM2302, and added one switch and relay, the others restart but is rare, but this is restarting at least 4 times day and honestly is frustrating, i am thinking to go back to Tasmota, with it i didn't have problems and it was disconnecting from wifi rarely, i am thinking is some error with the dallas sensor, i have 4 dallas sensors on one cable long 4mt, one every 1mt and a pullup resistor 4,7k

I discovered just now the reason of restart, Software Watchdog, the RAM is stable to 15.500 B, why it happen this problem?
