[SUGGESTION] Adding items to taxes #377

Adding items to the economy for taxes. e.g 64 emeralds per tax claim

You can use plugin like EmeraldBank to make material economy. ProtectionStones is just region manager with Vault hook so every economy addon based on vault will work.
