Enhance Streamlit UI - Radial Buttons for Menu #139

I need there to be 3 radial dials for Job Hunter to Simplify the User Experience

  1. Resumes - include actions for the upload resume, select resume, and use selected resume
  2. Jobs - should only have the QueryDB button and the Table with the Job Results

@espin086 I'll begin working on this issue next. Do we require three radial dials, or just two? If we opt for three, what will the third radial dial be used for, will that be for Run Search?
