Package the language pack as an AMP #5

This would allow including things like the web-client-config changes and make 
installation more standard.

I don't like to rewrite files without see what was different.
I use the WinMerge to see what was change.

I don't know if there are a way to create changes in folder 
"\tomcat\shared\classes\" that not compromise the entire site.

The language pack works to this sites: alfresco, share and wcmqs.
Here are the changes that I found.

Alfresco:
--> Only one file exists and I make a Merge, because this file could have 
already modified for others languages. The file is 
"\tomcat\webapps\alfresco\WEB-INF\classes\alfresco\web-client-config.xml".

Share:
--> Here was only was file that exists 
(\tomcat\webapps\share\WEB-INF\classes\alfresco\messages\wcmquickstart.propertie
s). This file has others files for each language (wcmquickstart_en.properties, 
wcmquickstart_es.properties etc) and this language pack don't create a new file 
for pt-br. Is necessary to review this implementation.

wcmqs:
--> there wasn't any conflicts in this site.
