Create new structure using platformio tools;
refactored old implementation;
Created "interfaces / headers";
Separate the responsibilities of sensors and actuators into classes;
Add buoy sensor;
Add water pumper actuator;
Create classes to manager temperature and water level;
Create classes to send information to web server;
