Missing some output formats in the `/report` API entry point

At the moment, the report entry point only outputs a JSON report. We should implement the missing HTML and TXT formats.

I've solved this in commit 6ddc0ad7222ae57b7c6b4a21483c8aa2cd7a9eb6.
