Add MLFlow logging #2

This commit adds MLFlow to the notebook. It sets the tracking URI to an experiment created in DataBricks Community Edition. This closes #1.

As this is an upload of what we presented to Prof. Lanubile and Dr. Quaranta the October 15, 2021, I'll proceed to merge this PR without any "formal" review given by my teammates through GitHub
