Support for Call of Cthulhu? #144

It would be awesome if there was support for this game as well. It's a pretty simple game rolling based off of a d100.

Hey, sorry, I have no time at the moment to work on new systems. If someone from the Cthulhu community wants to work on it, that would be welcome.

No worries at all, I'll see what can do after looking at how other systems are implemented in this module.
