Add support for HarnMaster 3 system #155

I'd like to have support added for the HarnMaster 3 system. I am the system creator, and I'd be happy to assist.

Hey toasty, I sent you a message on Discord as well but I just have no time to do this myself. I would welcome any PRs or if you want to fork the HUD and develop a version focused on HarnMaster that is no problem with me.
