Add option in module settings to remove categories #157

The Inventory, spells and features options have rarely been used by my players due to them not utilizing other modules like Better Rolls for 5e. Other DMs using this module might have similar issues.

Just due to the way I added the filter system, this might be a bit hard to achieve but I'll look into it.
