Players can Remove Effects #167

I have noticed that my players can remove effects on their person.

I am leading a group of 11 yrs olds ... and I need as much help as I can get keeping them on task ...

I have also noticed that I have the player rights as trusted ... but I can not recall which module required this ... will keep looking ...

Hey, I will try to think about how I can do this without disturbing things too much. At the moment it's assumed that your players are trustworthy, not in the sense of levels of authorization but in the sense that they're not 11, and I think a change would lead to other people complaining that it things no longer works as expected.

maybe a flag in the settings? Warning players or removing effects...
