System support: Tormenta20 #179

Hello, I'm a dev of the Tormenta20 system for FVTT. This PR adds partial support to the system. It currently doesn't have Ability and Skill checks because our own code is messy. Once we get that fixed I'll update this.

I've also fixed some mistakes on the Portuguese translation and made it actually work.
