Support for Better Rolls 2 for Savage World #190

As the title says, would it be possible to add support to Better Rolls 2 for Savage Worlds? The token hud is amazing and my players love it, but I use BR2 quite heavily and it woud be great if the chat cards and automations of BR2 could be called via the HUD

@espositos Hey, I figured out how to add support for this. I've added a pull request, but I'm kind of a noob at Git so I'm not 100% sure I did it right. Hope this helps!
