clicking on the links to inline comments should get you to the comments, not to the rietveld UI #100

e.g. links like this https://codereview.chromium.org/422593003/diff/500001/include/v8.h#newcode4359 (from the comments) drop you out of the review tool into rietveld.

I'd like the diff/patchset of that file to expand and scroll up instead.
