Show changes in "newline at end of file" state #125

In https://codereview.chromium.org/812853002 in new-line-19 of LayoutTests/http/tests/navigatorconnect/connect-cross-origin.html (why can't I link directly to a line?), the line's mysteriously been replaced by itself. It'd be nice to see something like github's no-newline icon to explain the difference.
