Display reviewers in outgoing issues list #93

I don't think it's possible to have a value other than 'me' there, so it would be nice to show the reviewer's list instead. It might be nice to show them color-coded by LGTM/not LGTM as well, but I'm not sure how that would work with the green/red status square already in the rightmost column.

I'll have to think about how to do this, the old inbox view was far too cluttered and not useful.
