Feat/add support asciinema standalone player #15

This PR adds support for embedding asciinema casts. Also, there is an article covering how to use the feature.

To avoid direct updates to the theme files, I copied them from /themes/blowfish/layouts/ to /layouts/ and customized there. While doing it, I came across issue #16.
